1. Services

ViniAI offers wineries and companies in the wine sector artificial intelligence services applied to export, CRM, digital marketing, commercial diagnostics, market research, audits and bespoke strategic projects.

2. Plans and pricing

Published prices are stated expressly with or without VAT. Unless otherwise indicated, all prices are in euros and do not include taxes. Any additional cost will be communicated before contracting.

3. Method of payment

Payments are made by bank transfer, card or the payment gateways enabled at any given time. Subscriptions are billed in advance at the start of each period.

4. Term, renewal and cancellation

  • The monthly subscription renews automatically every month unless cancellation is requested in writing at least 15 calendar days before the next renewal. The annual plan is contracted for twelve-month periods and renews automatically for equal periods. To prevent the next renewal, the client must request cancellation in writing at least 15 calendar days in advance.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid and does not entitle you to a refund of the period already started.
  • Strategic projects are non-refundable once work has begun.

5. Scope of service

The scope, deliverables and timelines are set out in each client's specific proposal or contract. Any change of scope will be managed through an addendum.

6. Client responsibilities

The client agrees to provide the information, access and materials required to deliver the service on time.

7. Limitation of liability

ViniAI is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit or unguaranteed sales results. Maximum liability is limited to the amount actually paid by the client in the last 12 months.

8. Ownership of deliverables

Specific deliverables become the client's property once paid in full. ViniAI retains ownership of its methodologies, templates and internal tools.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties undertake to keep confidential the information exchanged during the contractual relationship.

10. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. The parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid, except where mandatory consumer jurisdiction applies.
