Cancellation, refund and withdrawal policy

1. Free diagnosis

Free of charge and without obligation. You can cancel your request at any time by writing to info@viniaiexportsolutions.com.

2. Subscriptions

The monthly mode is a recurring subscription that renews automatically every month. The annual plan is contracted for twelve-month periods and renews automatically for equal periods. To prevent the next renewal, the client must request cancellation in writing at least 15 calendar days in advance. To cancel the monthly subscription, you must request it in writing to info@viniaiexportsolutions.com at least 15 calendar days before the next renewal date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid and does not generate a refund of the period already started.

3. Strategic projects and bespoke services

Non-refundable once work has begun. Initial payments are used to reserve resources and start executing the project.

4. Exceptions

A full refund will apply in the event of a duly proven material breach by ViniAI.

5. How to request cancellation

Write to info@viniaiexportsolutions.com stating your name, company and service reference. We will confirm the cancellation in writing within a maximum of 5 business days.
